A resolution has been prepared amending the current management agreement with AEG to December 31, 2026. The current contract is due to expire on June 30,2026. Given the uncertainry of whether the proposed sale of the complex will be consummated by June 30, 2026, the expected date, we recommend that the
agreement be extended an additional six (6) months. The amended agreement provides for a one hundred and twenty (120) days notice to AEG should either proposed purchaser of the complex consummate its transaction before December 3L,2026. There are no other material changes in the proposed amendment
