Residents of the David J. Hoggard Apartments in central Las Vegas are facing eviction notices despite insisting they have paid their rent in full.

Over a dozen tenants have received notices for unpaid rent, with more expected.

The residents allege a former employee of the complex collected their rent payments but failed to process them correctly, possibly pocketing the money instead.

“So, um, we have about 27 displaced families due to a property manager running off with, I’m not sure of a number, but so our property manager robbed the company and quit,” said Brandi Riley.

“If we called the office saying we want to pay our rent, or we speak to you and you say your system’s down, and send me Cash App or send me Zelle. I wouldn’t be alarmed. She works for the company. Why would I be alarmed?” said Riley. “The sad part is that it went on for so long; you guys say that we owe $4,700. How could it go on for so long and not, and we not be notified?”

Note from ZennieReport.com, Zennie62 YouTube, and ZennieReport.com: this ZennieReport video-blog post demonstrates the full and live operation of the latest updated version of an experimental Zennie62Media , Inc. mobile media video-blogging system network that was launched June 2018. This is a major part of Zennie62Media , Inc.’s new and innovative approach to the production of news media. This is what we call “The Third Wave of Media”.

The uploaded video is from a vlogger with the Zennie62 on YouTube Partner Channel, then uploaded to and formatted automatically at the ZennieReport.com Blog site and Zennie62Media -created and owned social media pages. The overall objective is smartphone-enabled, real-time, on the scene reporting of news, interviews, observations, and happenings anywhere in the World and within seconds and not hours. Now, news is reported with a smartphone: no heavy and expensive cameras or even a laptop are necessary, thus less chance for ZennieReport.com, Zennie62 YouTube vloggers to be robbed.

The secondary objective is faster, and very inexpensive media content news production and distribution. We have found there is a disconnect between post length and time to product and revenue generated. With this, the problem is far less, though by no means solved. Zennie62Media is constantly working to improve the system network coding and seeks interested content and media technology partners.
