The estranged wife of suspended Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez was taken into custody for the second time Thursday afternoon. Only WFTV was there when she was put in handcuffs.
She now faces a new charge of providing false or misleading information or omitting material information in connection with an application for bail or for modification of bail bond none.
When she was arrested at her St. Cloud home, Robin Severance-Lopez was on bail and awaiting trial for her alleged role in her estranged husband’s racketeering probe. Her charge for that is conspiracy to commit racketeering.
