The only definition of most active is most YouTube videos. Period.
Zennie62 has 4,093 Oakland-Focused YouTube Videos going back 19 years or to April 21 2006. That’s videos that have Oakland in the title.
For years Zennie62 was the top Oakland YouTube Channel even over KTVU. Then they started emphasizing video views and not number of videos. But I would bet I still lead KTVU by number of Oakland-Focused videos.
